These terms apply to the Astro Forecast website, astrology readings, forecasts, guidance and related digital content. By purchasing, contributing or requesting a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Astro Forecast provides personalised astrology-based content for personal reflection and general informational purposes. The service is interpretive and does not guarantee any particular outcome, event, decision or result.
3. Payments
Payments and voluntary contributions are processed by PayPal. The amount selected or contributed relates to the chosen service. You are responsible for accurate payment information and any applicable payment-provider charges.
4. Delivery
Personal readings are created individually. Delivery timing and any information needed to prepare the reading are confirmed with you after payment. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
5. Intellectual property
All Astro Forecast content, including readings, writing, visuals and digital materials, remains protected intellectual property. You may use a purchased reading personally, but may not reproduce, publish, resell, distribute or use it commercially without written permission.
6. Disclaimer & limitation
Astro Forecast does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your choices and should seek a qualified professional where appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astro Forecast is not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Information we receive
We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, birth details, service request and messages. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy policies; Astro Forecast does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
8. Use & sharing of information
Information is used to provide and deliver the selected service, communicate about payment or support, maintain service records and comply with applicable obligations. Information is not sold. It may be processed by trusted providers that enable payment, email, website hosting or technical delivery, only where necessary to operate the service.
9. Your privacy choices
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and any lawful retention requirements. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve support matters or meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
